: POWER POINT: Blake Kondor of the Taber peewee “AA” Golden Suns sets up his team’s power play from the point during the team’s playoff series against the Foothills Bisons on Saturday. The series went the full three games with the Golden Suns emerging victorious in the deciding game, 9-6 on Tuesday. The Golden Suns move on to play the Cranbrook Eagles in the next round of the playoffs.

: BEDSIDE MANNER: Dr. Jekyll (Dirk Geerligs), interns Sweets (Sarah Kropf) and Pinch (Afke Muller), and nurse Miss de Farge (Alana Johnson) deal with the woes of a ‘crawl-in’ patient (Hans Wesseling) during a rehearsal of ‘Hospital,’ a two-act comedy being performed at St. Joseph’s Church Hall in Vauxhall beginning March 12. The play runs March 12-14 and March 19-21 with 7 p.m. performances, with a 1 p.m. matinee showing on March 21 as well. Tickets are available at Hometown Hardware and Gifts.
